Escalaa is very simple & easy to use. You will be able to use it right away without any training. However in case of any doubt, you can contact us & we will be happy to help.

No, Escalaa is cloud-based inetegrated system supports for computers as well as in your mobile using Internet. Data entered is instantly available to all the other users of your service center accessing it via various devices. This also ensures that the phone memory is not utilized for storing any information.

Can multiple users work on Escalaa simultaneouly?

Yes, all the users can be logged in & working simultaneously in Escalaa.

Will updates be available to me? Will you charge extra for the updates?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your plan comes into effect the following year.
